How a week works

  1. 01

    Plan

Give each part of your life some hours. The total has to be exactly 168. About 15 minutes.

  2. 02

    Live

Log hours in two taps as the week goes. One question in the evening: how did today feel?

  3. 03

    Look back

See the plan next to what really happened. Name the lost hours. Change one thing. About 20 minutes.

Questions

How many hours are in a week?
168. Seven days of twenty-four hours. It is the same number for everyone, and it never changes. That is the whole idea behind this app.
What does 168h do?
You give each part of your life a number of hours for the week. The total has to be exactly 168. Then you log what really happened, and once a week you compare the two.
How is this different from a calendar?
A calendar decides what you do at 9am on Tuesday. This decides how many hours the whole week gets. A bad day fits inside a week, so the plan survives real life instead of breaking on the first bad morning.
Does it help with work-life balance?
That is what the hours show you. If work took 60 hours, you can see exactly what it took them from — sleep, family, or time for yourself. Nothing is scored and nothing is judged. You decide what to change.
How much time does it take?
About 15 minutes to plan a week and 20 minutes to look back at it. Logging an hour takes two taps. The other 167 hours are yours.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
It is free and there is no account. Everything stays on your own device, nothing is uploaded, and it works with no connection. You can export a copy whenever you want.

Plan the week, not the minutes.

40 to 60 minutes a week in the app. The other 167 hours are yours.
